New Zealand

As standard we use couriers for delivery - this means that you will usually get your order within 2-3 days from dispatch with an extra day or two for a rural delivery.  However this also means no deliveries to PO Boxes as there must be someone to sign for the delivery.

Our standard shipping is $10 which includes rural delivery.

We ship freight free for orders over $200

Australia / Pacific

We use NZ Post International Air for delivery to Australia & the Pacific. Delivery time frame is 8-10 days from dispatch. If you use the discount code GST FREE  your order will be without GST (15% off)

Returns

If for whatever reason you need to return a product please contact us for a Return Authority Number. For refunds goods must be in the original packaging with tags attached and in new condition. Return freight is at your cost.
